Aagaman — meaning "arrival" in Sanskrit — opened its first restaurant on Bay Street in Port Melbourne in 2014. What began as a single dining room bringing authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine to Melbourne's bayside suburb has grown into three restaurants across the city: Port Melbourne, Flinders Lane CBD, and Rosanna.
The kitchen philosophy has never changed. Fresh ingredients. Traditional spice blends. A tandoor oven at the centre of every service.
